All products are only eligible for refunds and return only if they’re not tampered, failing to do so will lead to the product getting damaged and your claim will be null and void. All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Ultraquatix upon the verification and confirmation done by the management.


In terms of returns of the product due to defect or damage, please make sure to click a photo of the defect/breakage & email us your order details at to be eligible for a free replacement. We have 10 days easy return policy. We will replace within 2 – 5 working days of the receipt of the product. We will also refund the shipping costs borne by you to send the product back against a valid invoice copy. (Email invoice will also be considered valid).


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If the mode of payment is COD, we will ask for your bank detail account. You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 12 days.
